At Sparkle Therapy, every piece is intentionally curated or handcrafted with care. Because many of our items are limited edition or handmade, shipping timelines may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as each order is prepared with love.


Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom, or Limited Edition Items:
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing unless otherwise stated on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Time & Carriers

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Sparkle Therapy is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly announced.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Sparkle Therapy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered:

Sparkle Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.

We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
