Because Sparkle Therapy offers intentionally curated, custom, and limited-edition items, all sales are handled with care and clarity. Please review our return policy before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products:

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or incorrect selections

This policy helps ensure the integrity and energetic intention of each piece.


Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly review cases where:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your item arrived damaged

To be eligible for review:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit at our discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.


Custom & Handmade Items

Custom, personalized, or handmade items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed

Custom or handmade orders cannot be canceled once started


Refused or Returned Packages

Packages refused or returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive delivery are not eligible for a refund

Reshipping fees will apply if the item is returned to us
